Synopsis:
Ichigo Kurosaki is just a normal High School Junior, except for the fact that he can see and communicate with dead human souls. He lives his life helping many souls, until one day he and a soul of a girl are attacked by something. He manages to escape, and ends up wandering back to his house. He lies on his bed until he suddenly realizes that a girl in a black kimono, had come into his room. He finds out that a “Death God” named Rukia Kuchiki had a mission to kill the monster that had attacked him earlier called “Hollow”. As they are talking the Hollow suddenly attacks them, and captures Kurosaki’s sister. When Rukia goes to fight the hollow she is severly wounded when trying to protect Ichigo, and is forced to do the forbidden. She forces her sword into Ichigo, so that he can absorb her Death God powers. “Do you want to protect the ones you love?” Ichigo is forced into battle with his new powers, those of a Death God.
